HopeRise Resource Center is committed to transparency, integrity, and responsible stewardship. The following policies and notices are provided to clearly outline our practices, services, and expectations for participants, donors, volunteers, partners, and the general public.
HopeRise Resource Center is a faith-based, non-clinical nonprofit organization. Our programs and events focus on education, encouragement, spiritual growth, community connection, and practical support.
HopeRise Resource Center does not provide medical treatment, mental health therapy, clinical counseling, legal services, transportation, or professional diagnoses. Participation in HopeRise programs is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or crisis services.
Participation in HopeRise Resource Center programs and events is voluntary and offered at no cost unless otherwise stated. Participation is open to all individuals and families and is not contingent upon religious affiliation or participation.
HopeRise Resource Center does not provide emergency, crisis, or clinical intervention services. Individuals experiencing an emergency or who are in immediate danger should contact 911 or their local emergency services provider.
Donations to HopeRise Resource Center are voluntary and support our mission, programs, outreach initiatives, and operational needs.
All donations are non-refundable, except as required by law. If a donation was made in error, donors may contact HopeRise Resource Center within 7 days of the transaction for review.
HopeRise Resource Center accepts in-kind donations that align with current program and outreach needs. To ensure proper use and storage of donated items, all in-kind donations must be coordinated in advance.

Volunteers serve a vital role at HopeRise Resource Center. All volunteer positions are voluntary and unpaid. Volunteers are required to complete a mandatory virtual volunteer training course prior to serving participants.
Volunteers do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or crisis intervention services and are expected to uphold HopeRise values of respect, compassion, integrity, and appropriate boundaries.
HopeRise Resource Center reserves the right to use photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during programs, events, or outreach initiatives for promotional, educational, or informational purposes.
Individuals who prefer not to be photographed or recorded may notify a HopeRise team member at the time of the event.
HopeRise Resource Center partners with organizations, businesses, churches, and community groups to support programs and outreach initiatives. Partnerships and sponsorships are aligned with our mission and values and are established through mutual agreement.
