HopeRise Resource Center provides structured, faith-based, non-clinical support services to individuals and families seeking stability, encouragement, and community connection. Services are designed to promote personal growth, resilience, and self-sufficiency through education, encouragement, and practical resource guidance.
All services are voluntary and provided at no cost to participants.
HopeRise Resource Center is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization; however, participation in programs is open to all individuals regardless of religious belief. HopeRise is not a church and does not provide medical treatment, mental health therapy, clinical counseling, legal services, transportation, or crisis intervention.
HopeRise serves individuals and families who may be:
Experiencing life transitions or instability
Seeking encouragement, guidance, or personal development
Re-entering the community following incarceration, displacement, or major life change
In need of community connection and non-clinical support
Seeking access to faith-based programs that promote dignity, accountability, and hope
Participation is based on program availability and alignment with organizational guidelines.
Participants may receive support through:
Faith-based encouragement and mentoring
Life skills education and personal development programming
Peer support and community connection
Resource navigation and referrals to external service providers
Seasonal outreach initiatives addressing identified community needs
All services are delivered in a non-clinical setting and are intended to complement—not replace—professional services when required.
HopeRise programs are designed to:
Meet participants where they are
Encourage personal responsibility and resilience
Provide supportive guidance and practical resources
Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
Programs emphasize dignity, accountability, and participant choice.
Individuals seeking support are invited to complete a Participant Interest Form. Submissions are reviewed by HopeRise staff to assess program fit and availability. Participants may be contacted to discuss next steps and appropriate program engagement.
Participation in HopeRise programs is voluntary. HopeRise Resource Center does not provide medical, legal, or clinical services. Programs are faith-based and educational in nature.
HopeRise Resource Center does not provide emergency, crisis, or clinical services. Individuals experiencing an emergency or immediate danger should contact 911 or their local emergency services provider.
