Programs Supporting Students, Families, and Community
HopeRise Resource Center provides faith-based programs and community initiatives designed to support individuals and families through encouragement, education, and practical resources. Our programs are focused on promoting stability, personal growth, and stronger community connections throughout the East Texas community.
Gear Up for Success is a back-to-school readiness initiative that provides school supplies and educational resources to students and families within the Leverett’s Chapel ISD community. The program helps students begin the school year prepared, confident, and equipped for success.
The Hopeful Snacks initiative provides snack packs and food support for students and their families during school breaks when access to school meals may be limited. This program helps ensure children have food available at home while supporting families during times of need.
HopeRise connects students with mentors and volunteers who provide guidance, encouragement, and academic support. Through mentorship and tutoring, students gain confidence, strengthen academic skills, and develop positive goals for the future.
The Hope Enrichment Program offers educational workshops, life-skills training, and learning opportunities for both youth and adults. These sessions provide practical tools, personal development resources, and encouragement that strengthen families and the community.
Brothers in Growth (B.I.G.) is a men’s development initiative focused on leadership, accountability, personal growth, and faith-based encouragement.
Sisters in Strength (S.I.S.) is a women’s development program focused on healing, encouragement, unity, and personal growth through structured discussions and community support.
HopeVisitors is a volunteer-led outreach initiative that provides encouragement, connection, and supportive visits to individuals and families experiencing isolation, illness, or transitional challenges.
Fresh Start is a support initiative designed to assist individuals seeking stability, direction, and renewed hope. The program connects participants with encouragement, guidance, and community-based resources during life transitions.
The Fresh Start Emergency Assistance Program provides short-term, needs-based support for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship through non-cash assistance for essential living needs.
Hopeful Holidays is a seasonal outreach initiative that provides encouragement, care packages, and basic needs support to families during the holiday season.
HopeRise Resource Center provides faith-based, non-clinical programs focused on education, encouragement, spiritual growth, and community support. We do not provide medical treatment, mental health therapy, clinical counseling, legal services, or professional diagnoses. Participation in HopeRise programs is not a substitute for professional services.
